Refund/Return Policy

Online Purchases

Please do not ship returns back without contacting us first. If you would like to return an item, please contact us at Earthgoddessshop@gmail.com and we will email instructions. 

Online orders are eligible for a refund within 14 days of receiving the order. Items must be unworn and in their original condition. Shipping will be at the buyer’s expense and must be traceable. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

When the order is received back to us a refund will be issued.

In-Store Purchases

All purchases made in-store have a 14-day exchange or store credit return policy. Items must be unworn and in the same condition as when purchased. To complete your exchange or store credit, receipt must be provided and return to our store front.
